The delicatessen Petrinja style ham is produced from the highest quality parts of the pork leg - muscle and the adjourning thin bacon. The manufacturing process and specific properties are very similar to prosciutto, which makes this product a top delicacy. Petrinja style ham was named after the town of Petrinja, proclaimed as the Town of the first Croatian salami in 2007. This is the result of centuries-long economic and cultural bond between the town of the rich history and Gavrilović.
