Sausages are cut into thin slices about 1 mm thick. Only then you can enjoy the full combination of flavors and aromas. Milanese slices are ready for gourmet enjoyment!

We recommend serving Milanese salami with green olives, marinated zucchini or eggplant. With a lighter taste of Milanese salami, fine spreadable cheeses go well – soft goat or sheep soft cheese.
