Serving Suggestion
Salami should be cut into thin slices about 1 mm thick. Only then you can enjoy the full combination of flavors and aromas. The fine flavour of Gavrilović Winter Salami is best savoured on fresh, crispy white bread. It combines perfectly with fine cheeses, semi-hard or slightly piquant cheeses like Emmentaler. Those who prefer a more intense flavour will serve Winter Salami with horseradish sauce or mayonnaise. It is important to peel the casing before slicing.
