Gavrilović has been making Sudžuk for more than 20 years now and in accordance with the traditional recipe of selected, high-quality beef and solid adipose tissue, which in harmony with selected spices creates one of Gavrilović’s best products. It is of uniform, dark red color with a mild smoke scent. The name sudžuk comes from the Turkish word “sunduk”, which means home-made sausage.
